Our History
Tierra del Sol Real Estate is a 100% Costa Rican-owned company dedicated to real estate sales in Costa Rica. Our company was born from the dream of an entrepreneurial and visionary businessman, Helmuth Soto Madrigal, who founded Tierra del Sol Bienes Raíces on July 1, 2002.
